Segura Viudas Brut is a choice, vibrant cava noted for its balance and elegant finesse. Aromas are of white fruits, citrus, tropical fruits, and light floral notes. The palate is exquisite, complex, and full of flavor, with good acidity and notes of lime and pineapple.
Neutral for the most part, with fresh acidity, light bubbles and basic apple and peach flavors. A little sweet and confected but perfectly good. Solid for simple sipping and mimosas.
Clean. Pale yellow with golden tones, Shiny. Clean with medium strength in the nose. Very fine and fruity. Well balanced in the mouth. Tasteful, with proper sweetness, very mild and fresh. Excellent with persistent loosenig of bubbles.
Gran Palas is a tribute to the decade in which we started making cava. Winemakers since 1920, we have created this collection in honor of our beginnings. It is made with grapes of the three native varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, harvested by hand in the Penedès area.
A luminous, light strawberry pink with hints of salmon, a pale rim, and a fine, abundant mousse that rises to an elegant crown. Youthful fruit aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and pomegranate lead to a refreshing palate full of cherry fruit and a light acidity.
Segura Viudas Brut Vintage merges tradition with innovation. It was created with the aim of offering a complex vintage Cava, which is at the same time fresh and versatile.
Codorníu Clásico Brut (made with organic grapes), as its name indicates, is the traditional cava par excellence, made using the three classic varieties from the D.O. Cava: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
