A big full flavoured Shiraz produced from 40+ year old vines grown at Robert’s vineyard on the Adelaide Plains. Well balanced and textured, this wine shows savoury and chocolate notes with soft persistent tannins and good length and structure.
A definitive Barossa Valley producer, their boutique family winery is nestled within a small gully on Roennfeldt Road in Greenock. Established in 1999, Small Gully was founded by vignerons, Robert Bader and Darren Zimmermann, along with winemaker Stephen Black. They processed their first vintage in 2000 and haven’t looked back. In 2002 a winery was built on Darren’s Marananga property.
