This Aged Grape Brandy is made with hand selected Organic Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Shumi winery's own 40-year-old vineyard located in the micro-zone Napareuli in Kakheti region of Republic of Georgia.
Pulp, skins and seeds fermented in underground clay amphora (Qvevri) with native yeasts, double distilled in old fashion copper still using artesian water from Borjomi Gorge and aged 8 months in locally sourced uncharred oak barrels.
