This Shiraz underwent cold open fermentation and was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, which shaped its unique character. With notes on the nose of plums, a complex bouquet of coffee, vanilla and well integrated tannins with well balanced acidity, this wine can be enjoyed now and will further be enhanced with aging.
