Scuola Ripasso Di Valpolicella 2021 is produced from the traditional Corvinone, Corvina Veronese, and Rondinella grapes sourced from the Veneto wine region. This Valpo is dry, full-bodied and earthy on the palate with dark cherry, blackberry, prune, fig, cocoa, minty and subtle spicy flavours velvety and lingering on the finish.
The second fermentation process of this Ripasso is on Amarone and Recioto wine skins giving extra flavour and richness to the wine.
