90% Merlot / 10% Cabernet Franc. The grapes are destemmed and crushed before fermentation. The wine is kept on the skins for 3 to 4 weeks before being run off and put into barrels.
A third of the oak barrels is renewed every year. This wine has a deep red color with crushed cherry hue. On the nose delicate notes of oak and red fruits emerge followed by a velvety attack, well balanced and of good sweetness. It is full bodied with a delicate fruity and vanilla finish.
