Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons Classique 2017
Deep ruby red and deep. It has fresh aromas and lively, reminiscent of raspberries, wild strawberries and dried herbs. At taste it is well balanced, with aromas due to ripe black fruit, bay leaf, white pepper and tobacco. Precise and clean from start to finish, has good persistence. It is excellent with lamb cooked slowly, or in combination with a good filet lightly seared beef, served with mashed potatoes with truffles.
