The choice of this fantasy name is connected to the well-known Provencal "Hotel Negresco" of Nice. Warm, full-bodied aromas with ripe-fruit tones, tobacco, and spices. Pair with medium-cooked meat (roasted and skewered with potatoes) or baked-pasta dishes like lasagna.
L'Azienda Agricola Ca Maiol, now balanced blend of history and modernity, consists of four farmhouses: the oldest, built in 1710 by the Desenzano Notary Sebastiano Maioli, and since 1967 principal place of business is Ca Maiol. To it the family contact has added over the years of the farms land Molino, Rocchetta and Storta where new vineyards have been planted, to meet the demand of a booming market.
