On the palate, the flavors offer a soft, inviting entry and then fan out across the palate in rich layers of Bing cherry, mocha and black tea. Muscular, mouth-coating tannins frame the plush flavors, while integrated nuances of chocolate and smoky oak—from new French oak barrels—give complexity to the aromas, flavors and long, jammy finish.

Provenance Vineyards showcases the distinctiveness of Napa Valley's best growing areas for red wines by selecting some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in the Rutherford and Oakville districts and Merlot vineyards in the Carneros district.
