Pierre and Bertrand Couly operate about 20 hectares on the Chinon appellation. Coming from a long line of Vignerons dating back to the 15th century by the maternal family of Bertrand (Farou). Pierre and Bertrand Couly have chosen to turn to sustainable viticulture. They have been awarded the HVE (High Environmental Value) label for their cultural choices to preserve Biodiversity.
