Pale straw-yellow in color with metalic twinkles. Fresh and seductive with floral notes of chamomile and honeysuckle and overtones of apple and pear against a honeyed backdrop. Its fruit reemerges on the palate with verve and balance.
100% Godello. Elaborated and bottled by Bodega Pazos del Rey. Pazos del Rey is the seed of the D.O. Monterrei. It was built in 1965 and established as a cooperative, to which most of the winegrowers in the region went and contributed with 4,000,000 liters in the 80s. The colossal structure established around Pazos del Rey during that period employed 600 people, becoming an economic powerhouse for the region.
