Pinot Blanc (Pinot Bianco), France
Beautiful pearl gray color with opaline nuances. Nose swaying between the vetiver and salty character of the aromas! A fresh plant sensation (apple, green plum, bergamot) walls of great appetite! Bewitching mouth attack, nevertheless the body is firming up on remarkable acidulous notes. The taste buds shudder and the end of mouth is redoubled by a pleasant feeling of "cold sweat!"
Viticulture has been a family tradition since 1620. The last three generations of winemakers, passionate in the production of dry white wines, follow one another: Camille, Paul, Philippe. Camille has contributed to the reputation of the estate since 1947. Author of prestigious vintages, Paul has developed the vineyard to its current size. Today the estate is led by his son Philippe, after a National Diploma of Oenology obtained at the Faculty of Bordeaux, he worked in Burgundy in Bordeaux and New Zealand.
