Olivier & Lafont Ventoux Blanc 2013

From the sandy clay- and limestone-scree soils of Mont Ventoux's southern slopes, this wine develops lush aromas of stony peach and ripe apricot speckled with hints of fresh white flowers and fragrant shavings of lemon zest. Soft and round, with a vibrantly long finish, it stands alone or pairs magnificently with fresh fish.

50% Grenache Blanc, 50% Clairette. Maison Olivier & Lafont was founded in 2011 by Gerald Lafont and Baptiste Olivier.
