In 1995, when they got their distiller's license, no one else in the Continental US was making rum. Today they produce the highest rated rum in America. Their quality starts at home using only locally-sourced Louisiana sugar cane. They then age in charred American White Oak casks that formerly produced fine bourbons, whiskies and Sherries. Their Master Distiller selects from seven different vintages, some of these early creations pre-date Katrina, and crafts spirits that celebrate over 20 years of joyful distilling.
