Old Kakheti Saperavi Qvevri 2018

The wine is made using Kakhetian traditional method, from Saperavi grape variety harvested in Kvareli, Kakheti region. After destemming, carefully picked grapes are crushed and transferred to qvevri for fermentation when the process is complete the grape must is taken out and the wine is kept in qvevri for six more months for aging.
The wine has dark ruby color, characterized with ripe black fruits and dried fruit aromas with velvet tannin. Best served at 16-18°C.
