The wine, full-bodied, soft and velvety, has the aroma and flavors of blackberry, violet and cassis. Enhanced also by hints of mint, flavors leave a long soft finish. The wine was aged in fine oak barrels over a period of 18 months.
Har Odem Syrah 2009 - founded by the Alfasi family and at 1100 m above sea level. Odem Mountain Winery in the Golan Heights is Israel's northernmost winery. Kosher for Passover.
