Excellent on its own or with rich winter stews, roast duck, guinea fowl, quail, ostrich, game casserole, classic goulash, venison steak, smoked Kassler chops, pasta, pizza, roast leg of lamb, bobotie and even chocolate.
This wine is made entirely from Pinotage grapes. An abundance of plums and prunes with a hint of banana and slight oak spices in the background. A full mouthfeel with rich fruit flavors, soft tannins and a lingering aftertaste. Ruby red in color.
