The wine is made from specially selected Saperavi grape variety, harvested in the Kakheti region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel, the wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
The wine is full with fresh red fruit, berries and dry fruit aromas alongside with the notes of vanilla, tobacco, bitter chocolate. It is a well balanced, smooth structured round wine, saturated with the soft tannins. Aftertaste is lingering and catchy. Recommended temperature for serving is 15-18°C. Serve with cheese, fish and spicy meat dishes.
