Our Cabernet Sauvignon is dark red with aromas of ripe Bing cherries, cassis, currants, blackberries, and vanilla oak with toffee notes. The flavors are ripe and layered with gentle tannins. Our Traditions bottling is approachable with a long and smooth finish. Open a bottle with roasted meats, stews, lamb kebabs, cassoulet, hamburgers, barbecue or ribs.
