Miguel Merino Rioja Reserva 2020 comes from a small, family-run bodega in Briones, one of Rioja Alta's most historic villages. It's crafted from old vines planted in the 1960s, a blend of 96% Tempranillo and 4% Graciano, giving the wine real depth and character.
The wine spends two years aging in American and French oak barrels before release, building layers of dried fruit, spice, tobacco, and leather. Expect a classic, elegant Rioja profile with ripe red and black fruit, soft integrated tannins, and a long, balanced finish. With limited production of just a few thousand bottles, it's a benchmark Reserva that pairs beautifully with roasted meats, cured ham, or a good steak.
