Louis Vallon Cremant de Bordeaux Brut
This wine has light bubbles and Pale yellow dress with green highlights. The nose is subtle and discreet. The mouth is pleasurable and quite round, very bubbly and slightly sweet. This Cremant will delight palates as an aperitif as for dessert.
This effervescent wine is made according to very strict rules from Semillon and Cabernet Franc. The harvest are made manually and transported directly to the press with bolts. The harvest is made manually. Transportation between the vine and the press is only done in bolts. In addition, different development phases follow the ehampagne method: Pressing, first fermentation, fermentation in bottle for the 2nd fermentation, maturing, riddling, disgorging and titration.
