Textured, opulent and beautifully balanced, it shows an off-dry, incredibly fruity profile with notes of nashi pear, guava, citrus and white peach lifted by racy, fresh acidity.
Despite its Spätlese ripeness, it drinks with the verve and lightness of a Kabinett, finishing long with salty-mineral precision.
