The wine is blended from merlot and cabernet sauvignon which are the main grape varieties of the region. This traditional Bordeaux rouge opens with classic aromas of black fruits and sweet spices. The wine is elegantly balanced and medium bodied on the palate. It pairs well with roasted or grilled meats, as well as full-flavored cheeses.
65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bottled by C.S.A. A 33750 for C.V.A. (AKA Compagnie des Vins d'Aquitaine).
