Laurent Miquel Verite Viognier 2012

The cuvee is a pure expression of the Viognier grape with aromas of white peachs, apricot and honeysuckle flowers. The palate is generous yet well balanced with well integrated oak that does not mask any of the pure Viognier character but rather adds structure. Verite has a lingering opulent finish with a hint of nuttiness.

The Miquel family has chosen to specialize in Viognier production at the beginning of the 1990's. Building from this experience, Laurent Miquel decided to develop Verite, a distinguished and pure cuvee which offers delicate white flesh fruit floral and toasted aromas. Coming from a selection of the best parcels of the estate, this pure Viognier is an example of what the Languedoc vineyard can do in the best vintages.
