In an effort to produce Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon Jeunesse, a wine that exhibits this exceptional character, we cold fermented ripe grapes in exclusively stainless steel tanks. Hence you will enjoy a wine that is pointedly "Jeunesse" - French for youthful, vibrant, flavorful and fun.

Grown in Paso Robles, California, this bold and rich Cabernet Sauvignon displays wonderful aromas of black cherry, boysenberry and tobacco. A soft mouth feel and pleasantly rich soft tannins makes this big red a perfect food wine.
