On the nose, soft grain appears alongside a unique minerality provided by the limestone-ltered water from our artesian well. Clean‚ avors of slate appear on the palate alongside honeysuckle and fresh citrus before quickly giving way to a refreshing, mild nish.

It is distilled to concentrate its flavor, then aged for three years in the finest oak casks where the brandy develops its golden amber color. Ashkelon brandy is smooth and mellow with subtle dried fruit aromas and a lingering finish.
