This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine.

Characterized by an extremely high acidity level, allowing the wine to continue to age for years. The wine has an 'old world' substance, and is suitable for heavy meat meals.
