Produced from a specific terroir of Chateau Leoville Poyferre, the wine of Chateau Moulin Riche is made with the same great care as its older brother.

Produced from vines located on a specific geological vein where the gravelly soil is fine and sandy, the plot-by-plot selection unique to Aurore de Dauzac lets the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes express themselves, providing a crisp, fruity and intense wine.

This reserve wine is meticulously crafted from grapes harvested from the finest plots. The blend is carefully composed and then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 9 months. The captivating aroma is centered around red fruits, accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla. The velvety texture of the wine is gracefully supported by refined tannins, resulting in a smooth and luxurious mouthfeel.

Barons Edmond and Benjamin de Rothschild are proud to present their Haut-Medoc, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%). From harvest to bottling, this wine was produced with the utmost commitment to quality. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, according to the tradition established by the great wines of Bordeaux. The wine offers attractive spicy notes, with rich fruit flavors. Refined with a young composition, Pavillon de Leoville Poyferre enjoys a fruity character with a palate pleasing finesse that is very rare to find for for a Bordeaux of its age. Comprised of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Merlot.

Notable for its crispness and clarity, this enjoyable 2022 Joseph Mellot is a stunning example of the Loire region. Well-balanced and the ideal accompaniment for seafood and goat’s cheese, it has a punchy nose and shows plenty of floral aromas.

Bright pale yellow robe with golden reflections. The nose is complex, combining flowers (broom), grapefruit with mineral aromas (flint). The attack is lively and fresh with confirmation of exotic fruits. Good aromatic persistence.

A very colorful, deep red with shades of terracotta. Notes of toasted bread crust and mocha. Aromas of forest undergrowth, mushrooms and roasted plum. Very concentrated and ripe with round, full tannins.

Notes of lime and lemon pith, some herbaceous notes, a touch of saline, earthy minerals, followed by a bit of white peach with mouth-watering acidity and a moderately long finish.

This wine has all the powerful, concentrated black fruit, open textutre and complex earthy backbone characteristics of classics Cahors Malbec, made by renowned winemaker Jean-Luc Baldès. Delicious with cassoulet.

This crisp white wine opens with pink grapefruit notes mixed with delicate white flowers and honey. Vibrant acidity drives the fresh palate, which also suggests stone fruit and a touch of minerality.

A distant hint of cherry appears on the nose but gains in intensity with more air. The palate is light and comes with easy, ripe cherry charm. The body is smooth, balanced and fresh.
