Yellow straw, the nose goes with beautiful floral notes of mineral peach and apricot. The palate is fresh, pleasantly savory, balanced and persistent. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with shellfish of all kinds and medium-aged cheeses.
Neustift Abbey is located in the wine area of northern Italy in the South Tyrol. The altitude (600m - 900m), the cool climate and the mineral-rich soil are ideal for the optimal development of aromas and flavor of the typical white wines of the Isarco Valley as Sylvaner, Muller Thurgau, Kerner, Gewurztraminer and Veltliner.
