When you first encounter the Hilhaven Lodge you’ll notice a nose with rich fruit that mingles with light spice and sweet oak. You’ll then taste candied fruit and dark brown caramel notes. The mid-palate is full of light spice notes of clove and silky with lush vanilla. It then leaves a long smooth finish with a subtle sweetness and vibrant oak nuance.
