Other than Riesling, Chardonnay is the only grape to be grown in all three of our vineyard locations. Each site has its hallmarks that come together to form a well rounded, refreshing wine with crisp minerality.
Stainless steel fermentation helps to keep this Chardonnay light and approachable, while partial aging in old French barrels gives just a hint of oak. A clean nose of orange and peach leads into an invigorating palate with a fresh finish.
