The wine is characterized by aromas of black fruit and coffee and has a full, rich, yet elegant body. The wine was not filtered so as to preserve its full aromatic potential. Recommended with lean-meat dishes.
92% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. Thirty-five-hundred years ago, Israelite spies came back from their tour of the Promised Land bearing a bunch of grapes so big, it was carried by two. Today, Gvaot grows the smallest possible clusters, concentrating their color and flavor.
