Glenmorangie A Tale of Spices draws inspiration from global spice markets, capturing their aromas and flavours in whisky form. It is matured in a combination of Moroccan red wine, new charred oak, pedro ximenez sherry and toasted red wine casks.
The nose shows rose, jasmine, lilac and carnation, layered with cumin, saffron, nutmeg, ginger, chili and anise. The palate is lively, combining black pepper, mustard seed and chili heat with sweet notes of mint toffee, demerara sugar and sugar-coated almonds.
