100 percent Sauvignon Blanc from artisan vigneron Gerard Fiou. A boutique family estate of just 9 hectares in the heart of Sancerre, Loire Valley. This cuvee is grown on pure silex, or flint soils, which gives Sancerre its most perfumed and mineral expression.

Expect flinty aromas, white flowers and vine sap, with fresh grapefruit, lime, gooseberry and a touch of fresh herbs. On the palate it is elegant and energetic, with zesty acidity, good density, and a long, smoky, savory finish.

Serve at 11-12C. Perfect with goat cheese, oysters, sole fillets, roast fish with fennel, or roast chicken.
