Gamla Chardonnay 2012

Medium bodied with a light straw color, Gamla Chardonnay 2012 is ready to drink. Bright and refreshing, it has an aroma of tropical fruits and a hint of citrus. Tasting notes include crisp apple, pear, lemon, apricot, vanilla, and rich oak. Pairs well with fettuccine Alfredo, pasta pesto, fish, or chicken.

Winemakers carefully creft each wine to appeal to the senses and convey the nuances of the place from which it originated. The Upper Galilee of Israel, with its alluvial, volcanic soils and foggy mornings followed by breezy afternoons, creates the unique flavors and aromas of the grapes grown in this region. Each of Gamla wines is produced from grapes in selected vineyards of the Upper Galilee. This wine has been carefully crafted by experienced winemakers to bring the special character of the region and to produced the notable and memorable flavors that truly reflect the terroir of this special place.
