Gaja Sito Moresco Langhe Rosso 2022
A red blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera, vinified separately, then blended and aged in oak barrel for one year. Medium-bodied, with medium structure, with aromas of black fruits, citrus and wet stone.
Pair with pork chop in butter and yuzu ponzu sauce.
