Produced by the Sazerac Company in Canada. The Sazerac Company was originally the Sazerac Coffee House (a term used for drinking establishments in the mid-1800s) purchased by Thomas H. Handy in 1869, which was known for its Sazerac cocktail with brandy. In the the 1890s, Thomas rebranded the cocktail drink with rye whiskey. Ever since, the Sazerac Company has distilled an ever-increasing line of fine spirits and today they are proud owners of many of America's most-venerable distilling companies.
