The vineyards located at the foot of Mt. Meron (Germak), at an altitude of 780-870 meters above sea level, enjoy the unique climate of the upper Galilee mountains optimal for quality grapes.
This wine is made of Merlot grapes, selectively harvested manually from choice lots, and has a fresh, fruity flavor and rich aroma and color. The wine should be served at a room temperature of 64–68 degrees F.
