In accordance with a beef fillet or grilled prime rib, a chili con carne, a lamb stew or cheese (Roquefort).
At the edge of the Thau basin close to Mediterranean, in the municipality of Meze, the vineyard of Domaine Les Yeuses stretches over 70 hectares. This is a semi-limestone hillside terroir that has a maritime influence. This peculiar situation favors the acclimatization of very different varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Vermentino, Terret, Muscat, Syrah, Merlot.
