100% Grenache. This is the change history: a small plot of vines lined with pine trees sheltering the saccageuses gusts of the Mistral, old vines produce few bunches sparingly ventilated, a slightly overripe harvest for sweet tannins and candied fruit aromas and spices, very slow winemaking for several weeks and then nothing. Nature pure without artifice.
