It is a wine made from Chardonnay, assembly of two plots, Blungey and Etalles. Both lands are located on the center of the label, and offer a beautiful exhibition to the vineyards and stony soil. It is a harmonious white wine, full and fruity. The barrel aging will bring wine, subtle aromas of vanilla and honey. The breeding tank will help keep the typical varietal, aromas of white fruit and white flowers.

In 1981, the day of his 16 years, Philippe Collotte left school to return to work on the estate. The big changes that made their operating today are made from now.
