The historic biodynamic estate in Savigny-lès-Beaune is Demeter-certified, crafting low-intervention, low-sulphur wines with pure and effortless terroir expression.

The wine shows intense, generous red fruit layered over the cuvée's classic saline and mineral note, with remarkable balance, elegance and freshness. Grown on clay-limestone soils, the steep slope of Île forces the vines to struggle, giving concentration, structure and superb drinkability.
