Brilliant amber color. Aromas of toasted whole grain raisin bread and delicate spice are very pleasant and follow through on a very soft, and silky entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with a melange of dried fruit flavors. Finishes in a long, rich cocoa and peppery spice accented fade with lingering minerality and hint of nutshells. A superbly crafted VS Cognac tastes as good as some producers XOs!
Smooth and Silky. Deau VS Cognac has been distillated following the traditional methods of Cognac craftsmanship. It is composed exclusively of eaux-de-vie taken from the premier’s crus of the Cognac region, slowly aged in French oak barrels.
