The excellence of the wine Contessa Emburga is already discernible by color. Bright yellow and compact straw. The aroma is intense and with a marked varietal sense, recalls exotic fruits and peach. The taste is balanced and harmonious, very round. In the end it captures very mild apricot.

Countess Emburga is an excellent white wine, in its requirements of elegance and finesse, is inspired by the homonymous Norman noblewoman from which it is inspired and to which it is dedicated. Blend native-International, the Emburga Contessa consists of Malvasia and Chardonnay. These vineyards fall within the Amato estate, facing south at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level are cultivated with the spurred cordon system, on heavy soils, poor in organic and strongly alkaline substances.
