Cognac Park Vieille Fine Champagne Family Reserve
Maison Park Vieille Fine Champagne, Family Reserve Cognac. 25 to 35 Years Old. Dark red cleaned ponderosa pine shading with thick legs. Enormous and fiery on the nose with wood zest, nutmeg and barbecued nuts. Extraoridnarily rich and huge, with bunches of heat and genuine class. There's a clever cleaning of white pepper towards the end.
Tres rich and tres complex. D&M Tasting Notes. 60% Grande Champagne, 40% Petite Champagne. Following 10 years working in the London wine exchange for Corney and Barrow, Berry Bros. and Rudd and after that my own business, I chose in the mid 1990's to move to France and make another Cognac house. Maison Cognac Park was established to make clear, unadulterated cognacs exhibited in basic bundling. Generally, the thought was to offer an option in contrast to the generalization of over caramelized dark colored cognacs sold in flashy precious stone decanters or pearly glass bottles.
