Chateau Moulin Lafitte 2014
The Chateau Moulin Lafitte has a brilliant color with a nose of red and black fruits. The mouth is supple with round and soft tannins allowing a good, general balance.
50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc. Bottled by Maison Bouey. Back in 1821 Jean Bouey acquired the first family vines, in the heart of Medoc. The twentieth century marks a milestone for the Bouey family. Roger Bouey (1901-2000) has spanned the century, first as vinegrower and later as a wine merchant, creating in 1958 with his sons, Serge and Andre, his own wine Bordeaux negociant house: Maison Bouey. Nowadays Maison Bouey is one of the last family and independent houses left in Bordeaux, with Patrick Bouey as CEO and his brother Jacques, Artistic Advisor, as unique shareholders. Maison Bouey, it is the guarantee of a human partnership with an independent house.
