Chateau Livran Medoc 2015

With the planting of 10h separated from the rest of the property (27 ha in production), Livran has embarked on the path of biodynamic, betting that a healthy and balanced plant will defend itself. Thanks to tillage, herbal teas and the respect of natural cycles, the vines appear more fulfilled and productive.

Located in Saint Germain d'Esteuil, on an exceptional site, the castle Livran was founded in 1280. It is a beautiful house grown over the centuries in a preserved natural setting. Olivier MICHON and Edwige LURTON-MICHON, fallen in love, bought the property in 2013. A cellar and a vat room, equipped with innovative equipment respectful of the work of men and the environment, are today at the heart of field. The wines can thus express all the essence of an atypical and complex soil: Chateau Livran and Les Sources de Livran.
