This wine with its dark ruby-red color joins finesse and elegance with the aroma of wood and vanilla, and supple, pure, and round tannings give it length and persistence on the palate. Its structure allows it to accompany red meat and small game. To be served at a temperature of 59 to 64 degrees F depending on the season. It can be drunk when bought or kept for three to five years in a good cellar.

40% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Chateau Ksara was established in 1857 by Jesuit monks, who perpetuated the tradition of winemaking. The grapes are grown on the slopes of the Bekaa Valley at an average altitude of 3,609 feet with 240 sunny days. The heat of the summer days is compensated by the freshness of the nights, where a gentle and continuous breeze circulates all along the valley dropping the temperature from 86 to 69 degrees F. The different types of soil bring complexity to the wine. All vineyards are hand harvested. At the winery, the grapes are hand sorted before being assembleds into each Chateau Ksara wine. This wine is aged in oak casks for 18 months.
