Fine and racy nose with intense black fruit aromas, very open for a young wine; hint of liquorice stick, slightly vanilla, and pink berries; also sweet spices, cinnamon, nutmeg.
On the palate, we find the aromas perceived on the nose in addition to the notes of red fruits; young wine which nevertheless suggests strong potential; good acidity.
Expressive finish with notes of sweet spices with a hint of clove.
Food and wine pairing: beef fillet in crust, baked pheasant, rabbit à la royale, trotters, meats in sauce.
