It is a well-balanced, supple and harmonious wine. Bel-Air Laclotte displays gorgeous flavors of Blackberry, Raspberry, Red Plum. This wine is appreciated with a piece of beef or a leg of lamb. Ideal with grilled veal or beef tenderloin at a temperature of 60 F.
Nestled in the Gironde, Saint Gervais is 22km from the city center of Bordeaux. Owner, Earl Vignobles Stephan Motut was born on the property and inherited 32H of the vineyard, the chateau and the outlying fields in 2004. Mindful cultivation of the vineyards has produced a wine that is a lively color, smoky nose with mocha and red fruits.
